Terms & conditions
Clear, fair terms for our classes and website, so everyone knows where they stand.
Last updated: 10 October 2026. Also see our Privacy policy.
01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of qquranic.com (the “Website”) and the live online classes and related services (the “Services”) provided by QQuranic (“we”, “us”). By using the Website, booking a trial or enrolling in a class you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or the Services.
02Our services
We provide live, one-to-one online lessons in Noorani Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed, Hifz, Tarjuma and Tafseer, Islamic studies and Arabic, taught by tutors we assess and assign. Lesson content, pace and schedule are agreed between you and us and may be adjusted to suit the student.
We aim to teach with care and skill, but learning outcomes depend on many factors including the student's effort, practice between lessons and attendance. We do not guarantee any particular result, completion date, grade, certificate or ijazah.
03Eligibility and parents or guardians
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to enrol yourself. Students under 18 may only be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the student's behalf, is responsible for the student's conduct and for paying all fees, and is encouraged to be present or nearby during lessons.
043-day free trial
New students receive a free trial lasting three days, with live classes on those days. It has no cost and no obligation to continue. One free trial is offered per student; we may decline repeat or abusive trial requests. Continuing after the trial means you have chosen a plan and agree to these Terms.
05Fees and payment
- Plans and fees are shown on the Fee Plans page. Every plan has a minimum of five classes a week.
- Fees are monthly and payable in advance, using the payment method we agree with you. Fees for the Gulf countries, Pakistan and India are set in local currency; for other countries the Website shows an approximate conversion from US dollars. The exact amount and currency are confirmed in writing before your first paid month.
- You are responsible for any bank, card, exchange or transfer charges and any taxes that apply in your country.
- We may change our fees. Changes apply from the next billing month and we will give you at least 14 days' notice. You may cancel before the change takes effect.
- Sibling or other discounts, where offered, are confirmed in writing and apply to the plans stated.
- If a payment is late we may pause classes until the balance is paid.
06Scheduling, rescheduling and absences
Class times are agreed with you and then held weekly. You may reschedule a class at no charge with at least 3 hours' notice by messaging us on WhatsApp. Classes cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as taught and are not refunded or made up.
If a tutor needs to cancel, we will offer a replacement class or an equivalent make-up. Classes may be moved for public holidays, Eid breaks or exceptional circumstances; we will tell you in advance wherever possible.
07Cancellation and refunds
- You may stop classes at any time by giving us notice. To avoid being charged for the next month, please tell us at least 7 days before your next billing date.
- If you are not satisfied in the first paid week, tell us and we will refund the unused portion of that first month.
- Beyond that, fees for the current month are non-refundable except where required by law or where we are unable to provide the classes.
- Refunds are paid by the original method where possible, less any non-recoverable transfer charges.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the law of your country that cannot lawfully be excluded.
08Conduct, safety and recordings
- We expect respectful behaviour from students, parents and tutors. Tutors may end a session that becomes disrespectful, unsafe or inappropriate, and we may suspend or end the Services if conduct continues.
- Communication with tutors should stay professional and about the lessons. Please report any concern to us straight away.
- Parents are welcome to observe any class.
- Lessons are not recorded unless the parent or adult student has agreed. You must not record, photograph or share lessons or tutors without our permission.
09Technology and availability
Classes need a suitable device, a stable internet connection, a working camera and microphone. Lessons are delivered through third-party video tools such as Zoom, Google Meet or WhatsApp, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your equipment or connection or by those providers, but we will reasonably try to continue or reschedule an affected class.
We try to keep the Website available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10Intellectual property
The Website design, text, graphics, logos, videos and teaching materials are owned by or licensed to QQuranic and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the materials for the student's personal learning only. You must not copy, resell, distribute or publish them without our written permission.
11Using the Website
You agree not to misuse the Website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malware, scraping it at scale, submitting false or misleading information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
12Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Information on the Website, including blog articles, is general educational material and not a substitute for personalised religious, legal or professional advice.
13Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QQuranic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the Website or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
14Third-party services and links
The Website and our classes rely on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, video-conferencing tools, Formspree, Google and Meta. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
15Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any complaint informally. If we cannot, the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep any right to bring proceedings in your country of residence where the law of that country gives you that right.
16Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows the current version. If we make material changes we will give reasonable notice, and your continued use of the Website or Services after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
