Data deletion
How to ask us to delete your personal information, and what happens when you do.
Last updated: 10 October 2026. Also see our Privacy policy.
01Your right to have your data deleted
You can ask us at any time to delete the personal information we hold about you or your child. This includes information you gave us on our Website, by WhatsApp, by email, or through a lead form on one of our Facebook or Instagram adverts. You do not need to give a reason.
02How to ask us to delete your data
Send an email to info@qquranic.com with the subject “Delete my data”, or use the form on our Contact page and write “Delete my data” in your message.
To help us find your records, please include:
- The name you used (and your child's name, if the request is about a student).
- The WhatsApp/phone number or email address you gave us.
- Where you gave it, for example “Facebook ad form”, “Instagram ad form”, “website trial form” or “WhatsApp”.
We may ask you to confirm that the request really comes from you before we delete anything, so that nobody else can delete your information.
03What we delete
When your request is confirmed we delete, or irreversibly anonymise, your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email address, your child's details, your enquiry and class notes, and any copy of the answers you submitted through Facebook or Instagram lead forms. We also ask the education partners who received your enquiry from us to delete their copy.
04What we may have to keep
We may keep a small record where the law requires it, for example proof of a payment for accounting and tax purposes, or a note that you asked not to be contacted again. We keep only what is necessary and only for as long as the law requires.
05How long it takes
We reply to your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will confirm to you by email or WhatsApp when it is done.
06Facebook and Instagram
Deleting information from us does not delete anything from your Facebook or Instagram account. You control that data in your own Facebook and Instagram settings. You can also remove the information you shared with an advertiser through your Facebook “Off-Facebook activity” and “Apps and websites” settings.
See also our Privacy policy for how we use and protect personal information.
